The first video is with the choke on so it idled way high and the sound kinda overpowered the camera so turn the vol down a little


the next one is at idle sounds much nicer


I was so excited I didnt know what I was doing!

yup, no prob with the oil pressure just me fretting! Came right up!

didnt need the choke to run so it was running way fast I just figured it would need some choke after all that time.


Once the timing was right she fired in a nano!

I am going to do a post on the timing--found a little trick that made me feel better about knowing it was seated!

Yes the jumper lead I am using as a ground for my fuel shut off solenoid---priceless!


I've fixed a lot of things with that green jumper---and melted it a bit here and there too

Hopefully I will have a phase II session on this motor someday, but for now I am just thankful it is running so no major obstacles in getting her on the ship to the UK in July

Man, I should be in the garage now probably!
