I find myself awaiting delivery on a 1980 HJ45 a little unexpectedly, and have never owned a Land Cruiser or diesel before....this should be fun.

Anyone have any recommendations on mechanics around the Hudson Valley in NY? I dont have any specific needs yet, just doing some research

There is also poor Wally land cruiser emporium in north pownal vt … works on diesel and also does custom stuff

Did you used to be at the base of Mohonk off of Rt. 44/55? We ate at the German place at the intersection many times. Good old days.
