I am purchasing a Cruiser from the Canary Islands. Regulations say that the condition of the truck has to be in factory original condition or any modifications have to be documented with a bill of lading. Or at least that is my understanding. The truck has aftermarket wheels now. We want to take them off and put some Hilux steel wheels on there before shipping. Any chance that will be important to Customs? Anything I need to do to add documentation about them? Is it even important?
