Shifter position sensor harness (1 Viewer)

New to Toyotas and I don't want to break this connector but I cannot figure out how this comes apart. Don't want to break it. Looks like I should be able to press on the nub in the middle but it doesn't move.

Yes, that is the nub you need to press with your fingers or tool, and try not to break it.

Ok here is the next one that won't come apart. 2 hours on this now, starting to lose my temper. WTF. Push or pry upward? Never seen so many stupid connectors in my life.

Yours looked doubly f ed on the left there.
Little flat heads needed.
