Shackle mount tube size

I'm about to make some new shackle mounts for the front of my FJ73, the fixed chassis mount at the front, just not sure what tube the size ID tube the factory uses? Found these ones, Superior Engineering

to suit a 35mm bush, so would that mean I use 35mm ID tube ?
