Sell more flower books! :D

Or better yet, finish the 4-Wheeling in New Mexico book. You're a much better writer than Wells and a NM book is needed and would sell well. Throw in some flower pictures if that makes you happy. You could be writing off all these weekend trips and the all the costs associated with your "research vehicles".

We need to talk.

And you can't use working on Da'40 as an excuse anymore.

Do you realize that the average age of all your vehicles is 32 years old. That is older than most of the members of HDC and probably 90% of 'Mud.

Whew! I just missed reinforcing that statistic.

Now someone out there must need some Subi work done :flipoff2:

like some more pictures of old 4x4 cars Especially the 1968 Mustang convertible.

There's a guy in Corrales that has a Vega station wagon body mounted to some sort of 4X4 frame. Looks like it was done thoughtfully. On that website, I liked the DeLorean best.

Sure it was Greg, sure it was.

Somewhere in a file folder I have an outline, a partial list of trails, GPS tracks for four or five and photographs of key intersections. I contacted that guy Massey who's written a bunch of trail guides for Colorado and he claimed to be "working on" a NM book at the time. With that potential competition and life speeding up I put it aside. At one point I proposed to the club that it could be an HDC project with trail documentation being collected by a bunch of people to speed the process. We could use club funds to self publish the thing and profits would be funneled back to HDC for fun stuff, donations, etc. I got no takers but still think it's cool idea. I just can't tackle it myself.

The club has never had enough funds to publish a book. The club would need at least 10x what it has now. And that would be assuming all the layout was done in the club and the printer was handed a CD.

That Vega was recently parked on 4th street near Osuna. I was driving and my coworker couldn't get her camara out fast enough.
