I was told there are two different pulley size ; 90mm and 100mm for the 100 series and VIN number does not indicate which size, can anyone confirm this? So it can't be determined until you get to it?
At this point maybe just skip the pulley and replace the timing belt/water pump and serpentine belt only.

Are you referring to the tensioner pulley revision? If replacing the tensioner at the same time, it will come with the smaller pulley. If just trying to replace a loose or seized pulley, replace the bearing. It comes out and goes in very easily. There is no supply of a stock larger tensioner pulleys (by themselves)as far as I’m aware. Dealer could not help me at the time. I was able to get an aftermarket littens brand pulley to fit the old tensioner but the bearing quality is likely not the same as oe. I kept my old pulley to put a new bearing in for when the current one fails. If you need the info for the littens pulley, lmk, I’ve posted it before.
