OK. The decision has been made - we are selling the offroad trailer to pursue the fully custom and super awesome teardrop concept that's been in my head for a year. I'll be starting a build thread soon and will look for input from people who know more about this stuff than I do. Thanks

Don't plan to sell the tent at this time. I have this idea of fusing it to the teardrop to sleep upstairs and dine or hang out downstairs.

Really leaning to the ARB Simpson III eventually, but did you ever sell the Overland tent that came with JD's trailer when you bought it?

Sold the Overland to an Expo member

From your portal add.

"$5000. Price includes everything mentioned above. Price excludes: Tires/wheels, propane tanks/brackets, 2.5 gal jerry cans/brackets, and the Maggolina."

Maggolina = tent.

"$5000. Price includes everything mentioned above. Price excludes: Tires/wheels, propane tanks/brackets, 2.5 gal jerry cans/brackets, and the Maggolina."

Excludes = Does not include.

Maggolina = tent.

I'm still confused by what you are referring to. The only reference my ad makes to tents at all is that one of the features allows you to tilt a RTT up for access to the trailer's roof rack. The ad doesn't mention the Maggiolina or the inclusion of a RTT at all. The picture shows the Maggiolina, propane tanks, jerry cans, and tires/wheels which is why I specifically state that they are excluded so nobody thinks they might be included.

However, if it is truly misleading, please make a suggestion as to how I should rework it as I want the ad to be as clear and informative as possible.

Ohhhhhhh! i should read more slowly. My bad, I see it now.. Excludes not includes...

No worries!

I almost have my concept and dimension sketches finished using my advanced skills on the Windows Paint program. I'll post them up...
