You need to remove the inner apron. Just a bunch of hex-head screws. Once out of the way there will be a bolt at the bottom, as I recall. The mast needs to be screwed off, then there is a lock ring that holds the assembly to the fender. The cable will run all the way to the radio, IIRC. Maybe there is a disconnect, but I don't think so. Pull the assembly out from the bottom.
