Howdy all, just testing the waters as everyone likes to say.:)

I have the opportunity to pickup a new project and if I get it my 73 has to go.

I have owned this 40 for less then 2 years and as much as I will probably regret selling…I know there is always another around the corner.

I have put quite a bit into this 40 to get it to where it is now. All work was done by TorFab in Everett Washington. I will give you their contact if you would like to reach out and ask about it.

Original 1F with 3 Speed

Here is a list:

Steering Box/Tie Rod Ends

New Radiator

Brakes/Booster

Carb was rebuilt-Will come with a NIB Weber as well

All new belts

Tires-5-33x10.5 Toyo Open Country MT

OME Medium 2.5” lift and greaseable shackles

Clutch and Throwout bearing

All gauges work

If I get asking price I will throw in a Real Steel/Troll Hole FST(Factory Soft Top) and a set of FST doors. Doors are rough and could use some work but…

I also have some extra parts:

3 speed tranny

Original rear step

Jack and tools with bag

Original Bezel-It's is the one with the wide part on top:)

2nd set of rear Jump seats

I can get as many photos/videos as you like.

There is surface rust on the frame and body underneath. I did take a wire brush to it and it comes right off.

One rust spot on the rear passenger quarter and what looks to be a repair(bondo?) on rear quarter. Magnet still sticks to it so….?

The floors are very solid but there is surface rust and 2 small holes about 1/8th of an inch big. I think long ago someone had carpet put in and it is where water collected.

I had planned on addresses this but never got around to it.

I am asking $33,000

Located in Seattle Washington.

Please feel free to ask any questions.

Cheers

I’ll be the first to say, that’s a really cool looking truck!! Hard to find original paint trucks these days.

Post up some interior shots and engine bay pics - folks will want to see those.

Yes, meant to grab some photos today but day got away from me. Kids and stuff.:)
I am out of town this week for work but will add some next weekend.

I like it, and if I hadn’t just bought a 1972 40 project, I’d buy yours.
