Not sure if they'll bolt right up to a '78. No, they do not have any openings for a headrest.

Shipping to what zipcode? These things aren't light, so I'd like to make something off the deal

Note- I've retained the stock mounting brackets/arms for use with the Corbeau buckets that I bought.
