Knuckles too, now that I think of it. When you seat the races do you coat them, and the area where they are seated, with grease or anything?

No, just make sure everything is immaculate. If you grease it, it might not seat properly (grease occupies space).

If you think about it in advance, throw the new races in the freezer overnight before you install them, You will need to wait to torque everything but it does shrink them just a little bit.
