Seatbelt conversion - lap belt to 3 point/shoulder belt?

Hey guys, now that my LC is done, I am taking a lot more trips with the family.

My kids are starting to move up from kid seats to boosters.

All rules and notes and seat manufacturer recommendations I read online state that the boosters should not be used with lap belts only and require a shoulder belt.

The only thread I could find anywhere on this subject was in the UK, where a LC owner was able to retrofit a 3 point belt into the middle seat:

I've been searching in vain for a 3 point conversion for the middle row centre lap belt. With 3 kids, 12, 10 and 5, the youngest travels in the middle in a Britax child seat secured (correctly) by the lap belt. However he will soon outgrow it and all the alternatives I've been looking at...

Do any of you know of any services or kits that make this possible in a US model 80 series, or have done this retrofit before?

BTW, I searched a bunch of threads on here, but no real resolution for the 80 series - all the kits out there seem to be for the 60 series.
