Seat belt in the second row middle seat stuck (1 Viewer)

I can pull it to some extend but not long enough to wear it. What is the best way to fix this? The belt goes inside the seat from the top and I couldnt figure out how to reach the assembly to disengage the belt

Are you saying it won't retract back into the spool?

Here is the problem area. I cant pull this seat belt all the way out from this insert on top of the middle seat.

It looks like it's possibly twisted in the mechanism, shine a light down the slot and see. If it is, then it's a combo of pulling hard and guiding it to get it flat again.
