My drivers side seat belt anchor is pretty rotten looking. Is this an easy thing to replace? Part number? Thanks.

That piece is actually part of the seat belt. You can take off that bolt, look to see how rusty it really is, clean it up, paint it, and reinstall. Looks like you've had a lot of sunroof leaks running down that pillar or the driver's window left open during rain and it filled the boot with water, causing rust.My drivers side seat belt anchor is pretty rotten looking. Is a standard US safety thing across all vehicles IIRC. 7/16-20I might add, those seatbelt bolts are a REALLY weird size and are impossible to find. I think they are like M11 with a weird thread pitch. One is included if you buy the whole assembly, but finding one on its own is a no-go.
So from what I remember, there is a Japanese size that is very similar, but not exactly 7/16-20. I remember reading a thread where someone ran a 7/16-20 tap through it and was then able to use 7/16-20 bolts, because they're so close. But I might be misremembering things, I will post a link to the thread if I find it.Is a standard US safety thing across all vehicles IIRC. 7/16-20

Man that's a good idea, I've been looking for something to do with those holes. You put these in the top on both sides?Little off topic, I just remember looking for the 7/16 UNF size with eyelet for the 3rd row belt removal. I took the top bolt and moved to the bottom and then installed 2 of these for a handy point for a side of a hammock or whatnot

Did you have to re-tap the holes or anything beforehand? I'm about to order some but I don't have my tap & die set here in LAYup Handy for doing things. LOL
Nope. Threaded right in. I don't recall the place I ordered from. That was just a quick search. But any auto racing store for multi point harness application has them. Guessing they are all the same.Did you have to re-tap the holes or anything beforehand? I'm about to order some but I don't have my tap & die set here in LA
