SD memory card need after battery disconnect

Hi Legends I just disconnected the battery and the head unit showing me "program loading is necessary, pls insert SD card"
How to download this software to reload it again?

Is this issue after disconnecting the battery only for the head unit or other engine software etc.. should be reloaded too?

Ok an update on this post:
I found the software of the head unit and suddenly by copying these files on root of a SD card and plug it on the unit the issue solved and unit started to work again,

Sadly nobody on this side of the pond will have to worry about this for 25 years or so.
