the LX needed a reboot so off I went yesterday to tackle the chore. Not a bad task but wanted to take my time and make sure I had things cleaned and back together nicely. Boots ended up being okay but rebooted anyway and kept old for spares. I was going to have an impromptu HAMOM but my schedule didn’t allow me to stay on it consistently so I started it mid afternoon and finished late last night. I went back with the SS worm clamps PFRAN has been offering as opposed to the standard flimsy clamps. Some have mentioned concerns for balance but too many are running and it gives ability to reuse so I’ll post week update once I get it on the road. It’s a job about like front axle rebuild...take your time and it’s pretty easy . Few pics of start to finish.
