Negative items:

  • Scuff on driver side front bumper (not cracked. Scraped/scuffed. Repair estimate $250. Did not fix because chicks dig scars).
  • CD player does not work
  • Gear shift indicator on dash does not work
  • Paint is very nice but very slight mismatch on right side of vehicle (I am very picky. Most people would not notice).
  • Car fax shows issue when owned by M Mooradian. Confirmed by Lexus dealer that this was a minor issue that was underbody insulation that caught fire. Zero damage to vehicle.

I will surely regret selling this LX, but wife has an LX570 and my company car is now a 4x4. We own 10 vehicles between the two of us and must start to thin the herd. I would not hesitate to drive across the country. Fly in—-drive home—-start your adventure. Vehicle will have a full tank of gas and be professionally detailed for its new owner.

Priced at $11,356 for Quick, Clean, Easy sale. Vehicle is located in Gansevoort, NY—-just outside of Saratoga Springs, NY. Serious buyers only please contact me.

It’s pretty clean underneath. Originally a South NJ car, then Saratoga (Mike M), and then me (Saratoga). I only drove it one winter and always stored in heated garage or heated storage facility. In addition, I would have a hot oil undercoating applied each November. See pix below:

I would buy this back in a second if I wasn't already flush with cars at the moment. Beautiful LC and I know how Michael went thru everything that needed to be done after he bought it from me. As far as the fire goes, it was the exhaust pipe bolt that came out while driving over the Tappan Zee bridge in the middle of the night with the family and it started burning the insulation under the cabin. I pulled into a rest area and someone called the fire department. The truck was towed to New Country Lexus in Latham NY here they replaced the insulation. I had to claim it on insurance because the tow bill was $1200 bucks. Absolutely no damage to anything on the vehicle. Great buy for someone.
