This may be a good thing for us Puerco folks. I wonder if Gov. Armijo would welcome the idea of issuance of permits for recreation use. I wonder if the HDC would ever volunteer to install kiosks, collect permit fees, help with a clean up day?

I suspect they will lock it down much tighter than the Kings had it but I like the idea of a recreational use permit.
