Up for sale is a Warn M12000 that will need a rebuild and motor. Was going to rebuild and use myself but it’s overkill for my setup. Gears and housings are in great shape. I have all the parts for it (old torn down motor, corroded solenoids) if you want them. Any questions or need more pictures/video just let me know. Asking $325
