sagging rear windshield wiper (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know the proper way to fix the rear wiper arm that keeps dipping down? Especially after car wash. I finally learned about the "pulling tool" and was able to remove the arm. But once I mounted back into the knob and tightened the nut, I feel it will still drop, although it is better now and stays flat.

That's it. You just pull the wiper arm off and reindex it on the splines so that it sits level.

Ok, it just seems like when I apply a bit of pressure, it will go down, probably the spindle has some give. I guess the ultimate test would be going through the car wash...
