Up for sale is my 1997 sage 40th Anniversary. I've owned this for the past few years. I just got a full size 4wd truck and the toys are piling up so I have to let something go.

I bought the Cruiser from a guy who'd only recently gotten it from a Cruiser outfit in Greenville, SC (Home). It had about 170k miles on it at that time. I still have the original paperwork from their transaction as the PO left it in the glovebox. The HG went about 6months after purchasing. It never overheated and I luckily discovered it right when it happened. I had Lextech in Charleston (LexTech Automotive) perform some fairly significant work to it using all Toyo OEM parts. I did everything Glen McAdory (resident LC guru and mudder) recommended while the HG was being done. It was an extensive baseline to put it mildly. In short, HG was done, PHH, water pump, valve job, heads resurfaced, block checked, new hoses, crankshaft oil seal and oil pump rotor cover replaced, etc. I still have the paperwork detailing the work. Within the last month, I've installed a new exhaust system from the manifold back to the tail pipe including both catalytic converters (Magnaflow). Cost for Lextech work and exhaust was around $4k. Receipts are available.

Full set of 33" Nittos with almost full tread. Two extra identical Nittos and a Michelin with about 60-75% tread will be included. Clean Carfax/vehicle history with no accidents and smoke free.

Truck has been gently driven (no wheeling) and well-maintained with regular synthetic Mobil 1 oil changes. AC blows cold, no codes, no exhaust leaks, all weather Weathertech and LC OEM carpet mats (no stains or rips, excellent condition), 4bolt pintle hitch included, 3rd row in excellent condition. Great shape both mechanically and cosmetically. I would feel comfortable driving it across country with my family.

Disclosures:
I've disconnected front seat motor as the gears no longer work. It can be adjusted (or replaced for about 200$). Also, front seat shows wear in usual places. Like most 80s, rear main seal seeps (imperceptible loss by dipstick level between oil changes). Wood trim has been removed but can be replaced with aftermarket kits. No armor, no three way locker. No rust on body, no paint bubbling (except on one fender flare - see pic), minor rust underneath (mainly step rails).

Asking $9500. Additional pics or walk around vid upon request. Working on adding more pics....

Thanks for looking,
Kyle

So, in the parlance of our times, this rig is basically 'unmolested' ?

That's correct. No significant modifications. I was reluctant to do so bc I'd never take it on the trail. In reality, it's been more like a grocery getter.

Thanks so much. May post a walk around video if interested parties don't buy it in the next day or two.

Your wheels look good. Have you done anything to them to preserve them?

Well they look good, congrats!
