Approx 34 ft
460 Ford Gas engine runs well
Automatic w Over Drive
70,000 miles
entire roof leaked and needs replaced
flooring along the wall from the driver to middle of MH needs replaced
tires are fair
Furnace works
2 roof AC seem to work
refrig seems to work
generator works
I expect the gas stove and the water system would work. I have not tried them yet.
This unit has been meticulously maintained and stored inside for the 3 weeks I have owned it.
It has company logos that must be removed or painted over.
