Anyone try this stuff yet?

Looks like the prep time is reduced over POR-15. I know, I know .. if it is simpler and easier than it might not be as good. That is usually how the story goes anyway.

I have the POR-15 on it's way anyway. I think I will do as Greg said and spray it once a year after the fact just to make sure. Certainly can't hurt!!

you mean with oil ? you cannot keep resraying POR. not with out serious sanding rough etc.......

I still am a believer in LPS 3, flows nicely and forms a waxy substance when it dries, good for in panels.

Also for rockers and inside panels, mentioned before, Dintrol. Aviation corrosion inhibiting at its best.

For prep a really good pressure wash underneath, with degreaser. let dry completely and spray with dinitrol. Next year...clean and respray...Actually I would do every other year.

No B Bear .. not wanting to respray the POR, just use an oil based inhibitor as well. Where can I get the LPS or Dinitrol? I read my post and it confused me as well!! sorry.

Just got my order today. Noticed in the brochure that they now have a spray on primer that is self-etching. You can spray this stuff over your old POR-15 job and respray it with new!!
