Rust on Frame - Remediation Help (1 Viewer)

A previous owner did a lot of body work on my cruiser to remediate some rust on quarter panels. The undercarriage looks good overall but I did find one spot of concern regarding rust. It is one of the frame connections near the rear passenger tire (not sure how else to describe it). Pictures attached showing spot of concern.

What is the best way to address something like this? It appears to be in a place supporting structural integrity of the frame, but I'm not 100% sure.

Look carefully around at other places under the truck. Rot rarely is an only child.

If thatis rusted through the c channels are probably toast too
