Yes I know dumb question, but do I use the supplied nuts to fasten these to my hubs or do I use my lug nuts?

Use the supplied open top nuts to secure the spacers to your hubs. Then the lug nuts to attach the wheel.
Use a Torque Wrench to tighten them to their Specs and Re Check the Torque Soon!
X2 on check often. Check at 10 miles and at 100 miles then 100 more. I also used Blue Threadlock. None have loosened on mine, but the checks are worth the peace of mind.
