Anybody have any advice on the least intrusive way to run a CB cable to an antenna on the back bumper?

I've seen a few folks pull a cable through a rubber grommet on the front firewall, but this seems like a roundabout way to get an antenna wire from the rear bumper (would work well for a front bumper mounted antenna). I'd love to have a nice "clean" install, and a weather proof way to run the wire that I can just leave there indefinitely.

Any thoughts?

IIRC, there is a rubber grommet near the LR corner of the vehicle. This leads to the cavity behind the trim panel.
