Running Boards Question (1 Viewer)

Hey all, I finally took my running boards off and I've got a question. Now I've got 2 of the little "hook" things left over, one on each side because the bolts are too tight to get at them. Well long story short I want them off pretty bad. How did you guys do them without cutting them?

Or you can hit the bolts with some heat and penetrating oil and slowly work at them.

Breaker bar not able to get them off? On my LX I seem to remember having to use this, assuming the LC is similar to what I am thinking of.
