Are these Toyota running boards or does someone else make them? I need to replace these. Thanks

Those look aftermarket to me. Anything Toyota based, they would let you know by slapping the "Toyota Truck" logo on the rubber step part. There will be a lot of aftermarket offerings for step bars. My go-to would be Amazon and just read reviews to make your decision.
