I thought about sliders but will try to replace it first. What's the best place to find one

Since it's cracked/bent, not sure how you'd repair it. Check the classifieds here, look in the local TLCA club section, and keep an eye on your local classifieds like FB Market and Craigs, they show up there and usually for free.
Peel the plastic off and run the aluminum steps-
Plenty of peeps here are removing the steps- running step-less or with sliders. Post wanted thread in parting out thread in classified, post in local or regional club like: Rising Sun club or some other club near by.
Heck If you dont wheel it- (or crawl it) pull the steps and it will look 5" taller-
