These are brand new with a coat of primer. They were made for a conversion I am doing and was having problems finding a solution for the rear shocks after moving the axle and adding a rear fuel cell. Like many of my solutions, they didn't work as intended. I had to move the upper shock mounts so angles didn't jive, and they will now be relegated to the already enormous and growing category of "wasted time, wasted effort, and wasted money"
