Came to install DC drive shaft need to remove the tc front flange

You have to drop the transfer case and split it, the flange is a one piece deal

Hope not
To repace front oil seal you need to reamove the tc from rig?
Yes. The flange pattern on the front is 60x60x10 - super common toyota stuff. Why didnt you just order a driveshaft that fit?

For the record the rear is more annoying at 66x66x11

The flange has studs, to change pattern, would need to be pressed out and relocated, there isn't room for nuts. In most cases, it's far easier to modify the yoke, or get the proper yoke, than deal with the flange. Care is needed with the studs, replacing stripped/damaged ones is not fun.

I have had 2 different brands of front CV and they both fit the stock OEM front flange. What brand/size are you trying to use?

The transfer case does not need to be removed to take the front output housing off. You will need to lower the transmission cross member and remove the indicator switch from the top of the output housing to get it out. You will need to make sure the transfer case is 'locked' by means of center differential switch or put it in low range before attempting to remove the housing. Once the front output housing is removed, you will need a long jaw puller or a press that you can push the output shaft out with. The differentia lock engagement gear is pressed onto the shaft, the shaft is pressed into the output bearing. The dust deflectors are delicate, if you try and remove the one on the shaft itself you will distort it.
And snap ring pliers too! Toyota loves snap rings....

Tank you all for the help :bounce:

ok it was along day and i have left the rig on the lift for the night

after the 4" lift i had noises and decided to install DC Drive Shaft

I got a used OEM DS from a Mud member in USA and gave it to a reputable DS manufacturer in Israel

He decided to fab a all new DS and not to modify the OEM DS

the front CV J that connects to axle was easy to fined he had a Toyota one on stoke

And then we opened the front output housing but we couldnt pull the shaft with the flange out so we dropped the TC out maybe because it was not locked as @AlaskanLX450 said
