RTH: Need a fan clutch help fzj80 Fredericksburg Va (1 Viewer)

Tried modding a aftrrmarket replacemnt fan clutch. Worked for 2 months and now it isnt locking up and causing the temp to rise while idling. Have 30k fluid in it now, either need a new one today or a better way to get thisone to lock up. Heading in NC tomorrow to do some hurricane clean up/ flood protection.

Chinese knockoff, maybe an aisin. Driving at the moment. Its all aluminum non colored hub

Have had most of the knockoffs apart, all disappointment, never seen one that was worth messing with.

Would more fluid lend itself to staying locked up? Fuel econ isnot a worry at this point
