RTH for Manual Swap into LX450 (1 Viewer)

I purchased a Land Cruiser Heaven H151 swap kit for my LX and need some help diagnosing if I have mismatched parts or if I've screwed something up on the install. I just got the transmission aligned and sucked up to the engine and there is no resistance on the clutch fork...like the pressure plate is too far away or has no spring. The fork is properly seated in the release bearing, the bearing is installed in the correct orientation, and they both move freely through the full range allowed by the cutout in the bellhousing...they just don't contact the pressure plate springs. Any thoughts?

I bet you have already done this, but try contacting LCH. They should have the answers since they've done multiple conversions. Hoping that everything works out!

If LCH turns out to be unhelpful, post the P/N's they gave you on here. It wouldn't take long to figure out which part is out of place.
