RTH: Denso o2 sensor resistance for LX450 (1 Viewer)

All sensors that I've installed over the past dozen years have had about 11ohm resistance on the heater circuit.

IIRC the FSM states they should measure between 11 and 17 ohms. Really easy to check without removing from the vehicle.

Easy to check when they are working :)

? ... Perhaps I've misunderstood your situation. If you are checking them while they are on the vehicle, just disconnect the harness from the sensor (so as not to determine the resistance of the harness) and connect your leads from a multimeter to give you the resistance value.

If you are looking at a new part in a box at the parts counter, the process is the same only you don't have to get dirty and crawl under your rig to achieve the same answer.

The resistance value should be between 11 and 16 ohms at 68 degrees ambient temperature according to the FSM for the FZJ.

Hope this helps!
