down in a hole.
I need to get the RIGHT part number for a 1977 California Spec carb. Thanks!

Bump-anyone?

Jim, you are a scholar and a gentleman. I do need one, BUT, I have a finite budget, and I was hoping I could find something used that I could thro a rebuild kit into. THANK YOU for the part number!

oh-yeah, the 21100-61063 7608-7709

I looked thru all 800 cores at SOR to find ONE of those the last time I needed one a couple of years ago, just to give you an idea how hard THAT PARTICULAR CORE is to come by.

well I suppose that I could get away w/ the21100-61073, for the 40series. IIRC, there is no difference in smog gear/control between the 40 and 55. Anyone know different, please speak up. Thank you all.

Good to know, Thank you! I think I know where to find out which one had which.....

Couldn't find it there. Jim, do you know which jet had the option? According to sor, the 40 and 55 had the same size primary and secondary mains. My guess is it would be the first slo jet or power valve jet. Which model had the "richer" jet? Thank you.

Again, I thank You!
