RR EXT HSNG SEAL - What is this?

Going through the 23 pages of service records for my LX and came across this recommended repair that was decline. Just wondering what I should be looking for.

I'm guessing it's the rear (RR) exterior (EXT) housing (HSNG) seal

• for the differential housing
• for the quarter panel glass rubber moulding seal

Would you know if your cruiser's rear differential housing have a weep or leak L/R or both?

I think the RR might be Repair/Replace? The differential housings all look fine haven’t seen any leaks.

Thanks. I did notice a bit of dampness in that area. I guess I'll just monitor it.
