I don't have the fast idle or rattle, however sometimes I have a rough idle when cold only at start up. It feels like shes running on four, give a little gas and it goes away. It completely random after sitting for a while, might not do it for weeks and then it will do it a couple of mornings in a row. Doesn't seem to be outside temp related? thoughs, I've search and couldn't find much. new plug, rotor, cap, air filter, wires good, synth 5-30, new PHH, and front end service. I don't recall if this started when then "winter" gas came to the pumps? althought that cost me 2 mpg.
