I think it has just over 500000 km on it, and it still drives great

of cousre it does, why wouldn't it

there was one in my area for sale with over 1,000,000km she flipped the clock, still said it was running strong odometer said 2500km, now thats crazy. I don't expect to ever see that out of mine, but under the right conditions and maintence and most of the km just being cruised on the road, a diesel should be expected to last that long

I know it isn't at all the same thing, but one of our biggest customers at Sterling expects a minimum of 1,000,000 miles out of there tractors. They have yet to have one not meet there expectations, they are usally re sold even after that.

1,000,000 km and i will bet that the engine has been rebuilt at least once if not twice...
i have not "seen" a 3B make it over 600,000 with out some major work done to it......
    cheers

BY "major" do you mean rings and seals or bottom - end stuff?

The concern I would have with this truck over the next 6-8 years is summed up with one look at the front bumper.
