IMO, it would be the Autohome Maggiolina. They also have an optional Winter shell that adds an extra layer to insulate the cloth sides. You can also add an awning to protect the entry way from rain.

It will hangover the front (or back) when mounted but that is not big deal.
 
I've never seen the quality of the F/G Hannibal but design wise, I'd give a slight edge to the Maggiolina because it has a lower flat roof and should keep the heat closer to the occupants. However, the angled roof on the Hannibal/Columbus would shed snow off better!

Snow on roof is a good isolator, unless the design of the tent doesn't allow a big load i would leave the snow there!
 
Yeah, I wouldn't trust my Maggiolina Airland to carry a big load on top but the Maggiolina Extreme might be able to handle it.
