This is nice. I wonder if it is possible to make the windshield fold-able like that of a vw thing where it can be hindged and lay flat on the hood? That would be cool

You'd need a flat windshield and a flat(ter) hood to make a fold-forward windshield work. I'm not sure how that would look, since every single surface around the windshield of a '60 is curved in one direction or another.

Now, a removable windshield, that you could make.

I drove/wheeled one time in 4 years with my windshiled down on my CJ. It sucked. Simply can't imagine taking the time to make a removable/foldable windshield when it didn't come stock.... unless you really like wearing ski goggles when you drive.
