Roof Rack

Hey guys,

Im looking to buy a Roof rack for my rig ( 99 lx470). Im having difficulty finding ones that will either fit the 100 or they arent what I need. I want to be able to carry the spare on the roof and be able to mount forward lights on it. Any ideas? or any suggestions of different racks to look at?

In your rack search you might have to look for 100 series Land Cruiser instead of Lexus.

shouldn't be an issue. Canoe is what, 80lbs?

It should be fine. Be careful when loading it and don't hit the sunroof. I found out the hard way when loading a kayack on a friends 4runner.

Search for Gobi Racks on this site and on google. My 100 series was used as the prototype. Love it. Lights front and back. They also have the attachments for a Hi-Lift, shovel/ax combo and some sweet rachet straps, I just installed on mine.

As far as attachments for accessories for hi-lift, pull pal... you can go with clean and simple Fourtreks.

No, just the locks....that stuff I was saving for but decided recently to scratch and go plane jane.
