I picked my 100 up this week and decided to try and add a roof rack. Honestly I didn't do any searching other than to check Thule's website which indicated they had nothing for my 2001. I didn't have the factory rack but I did have a Thule setup I had on my 2016 Tundra Crew a few years ago.
-Thule Rapid Traverse Foot Pack (480R I believe)
-Thule 1555 Fit Kit for 480
-Thule ARB60 Aeroblade 60"
-Thule 544 Lock Cylinders
These had been in my basement for a few years so I figured I would see if I could make them work. I tweaked the feet until I felt they would sit correctly. I believe my rear rack was set to 56 and the front were 54.5 (I can verify if there is a request). I wanted to have both of them back further but due to the roof line, the feet won't wrap the door frame any further back. There may be a different kit (other than the 1555) available but I decided to move everything forward instead. I can answer questions or take closer pics if anyone is interested. All seems extremely sturdy so far. We did a quick run through the woods and encountered some branches but they were no issue and I had no movement.
