I am hoping that by reaching out to the masses, I might be able to resolve an issue. I am new to the Land Cruiser world but have jumped in pretty deep. I am in the process of trying to restore my 1966 Land Cruiser FJ40. We just recently got it. It sat for a little over thirty years. We are going to get the roof repaired but I have not been able to find the rain gutter specifically for the 66. It seems all of the rain gutters for sale are for the 67 and up. Does anyone know if the 67 rain gutter will fit the 66 or if someone has the 66 rain gutter for sale?

Thanks in advance

I would think any 'close' rain gutter could be bent, shortened, or lengthened and be made to fit. I doubt you will have a lot of choices.

If your top has corner windows and side are not corrugated you should be fine with the later style. Mid 65 is when the new style top started.
Thanks for the reply. I will take a look at it. The roof is coming off this week to be repaired the and body shop keeps saying there isn't a separate gutter but as far as I know, the roof is original to vehicle.

I've seen a few corrugated tops with PO added corner windows, I wouldn't go just with the corner windows.

the corrugated sides and rear bifold door have a different fiberglass top than the later tops.

So, the vehicle doesn't have corrugated sides. It has been in my wife's family since 1967 and as far as I know, everything is stock, minus a heater that was added and her Grandfather put sliding windows in on the side. It could be that the roof is so closely mated with the rain gutter that there doesn't seem to be a separation. I need to take a closer look at it but I honestly had a hard time seeing a separation as well. Granted, this is my first experience with owning a land cruiser so what do I know. I figured it was worth asking on here. I am sure as we get into it more, I will figure it out. Thanks again for the assistance.
