The seats are gone, but I may still have the brackets, I will check. The fenders aren't perfect, but could be nice with a little work.

i bought a rollin chasis from r.k. a couple months ago. great to work with.

(and if you go pick it up, you get to see a truckload of cruisers and minis. just an added bonus.)
