Rod Bearings Crank Will Not Turning

I was hearing a strange knock so I replaced the rod and main bearings with the motor in the truck. I used standard size bearings on the original motor. When I tighten the caps to torque, I cannot turn the the crankshaft. If I loosen the caps, the crankshaft turns. Any suggestions?

The big end of the rods may need resizing.

Try JUST loosening the 3rd main bearing, the one with the thrust face.
