Is this bolt good to use or does it need a rubber seal also ?;

Yes rubber seal required or it will seep oil all over the valve cover

Thanks alot,do you know a part nr ? i know the washer is nr 11201B but im not sure it comes with rubber seal also ?

I am curious to know if a standard rubber O-ring would work... anyone tried it?

Good question ! if it can handle the pressure it will b alright i guess.

But i feel more comfortable by do it as it was ment to.

(Aldo the oil cooler and filter assambly im gonna use universal liquid gasket for)

It is just a rubber washer/seal .... I dont think a O ring would work the rubber seal is fairly thick.
You may be able to stack some rubber garden hose washers
