I've owned my FJ60 for over 25 years and it's never gotten anywhere close to 75.

Are your tires bigger than stock? Maybe old news to you but if they are, you're going faster than your speedo reads.

On 33s with stock gearing 75mph is where I’d expect to be in 4th gear at 3000 RPM... but my speedo would read 65 or lower. I use a free app on my phone to measure speed with GPS.

I use Waze for road trips - police alerts, pothole alerts, cars on the side of the road alerts..... and speed based on GPS. Speedo reads 65+/- and waze says 75+/- at 3,000 rpms.
