You can cut the hinge pins and replace them with removable ones. I can have all of my doors off in less than 5 minutes.

I think there might be some pictures of what I did in my first build thread (first link in my sig) if not I can definitely get some up tomorrow.

Cold all the time? It was +34 here today...... I dont live in antartica. lol. Im interested in seeing those pins as well. I was planning to slot the hinges so I can have 2 bolts in the door loose and just slide the doors on then tighten/install the rest... I also plan to carry a couple few big clear garbage bags so I can slide em over the doors if I get cought in a down pour.

34! That's near freezing hahaha. Dang do you guys normaly get that hot this time of the year? We only get that hot about two weeks out of the year if we are lucky!
Problem around here with half doors is the almost constent 99% chance of rain.

He's in Canada, so he probably means 34* C, which is ~93* F.

^^ Yeah, we seem to be keeping up with the times when it comes to measuring stuff lol. This spring we had a heat wave in frikin april. Got up to about 25 for a week or so then dropped back down to seasonal for end of april/beginning of may. The summers here are beaut with an average temp of 20-35*C, sometimes but rarely reaching into the mid to high 40's.

Back on topic, anyone got any hints on cutting the hardboard trim panels? Was gonna say f it and just use the skill saw but Im thinking that will f up the material pretty good. Measured them up this am after night shift and it looks like I got lucky and the cut will be right where the vinyl turns into retro striped couch material. There will be a small section of couch junk left where the cut angles up at the front of the door and for that Im gonna leave some extra fabric so I can fold it over.

Ps door seals can suck a dick.

I guess I wasn't sarcastic enough haha ;p

Maybe I will slope my arm rest out and have also have a detachable extra wide rain gutter lol.
I will have to check all ya'lls out when I'm ready to build mine.

Hey we will 'catch up with the times'... someday...

Here is what I did for pins, I just cut the threads off of some grade 8 hardware and drilled holes in the heads and ends for some pulls and clips.

Here is what they look like.
