Taping off the exterior of the FJ is a given, but how are you plugging the holes of the transmission cover as well as the Seat Brackets and Roll Cage bolt holes.

I don't want to get the rhino liner in there. Are you using the bolts that to in that hole? Are you using wooden dowels or ???
 
Foam ear plugs work great. Or dont cover them and run a tap through it. Or run bolts up from the bottom. I personally used the ear plugs when spraying my tub and was impressed with how easy it made things.

Well..... this may possibly be the fastest answered question in the history of the internet! Foam ear plugs are the way to go (if you don't want to chase the threads with a tap).
